Executive committee member and executive director of Office of Community and Economic Development at Fresno State, Mike Dozier attended the 2016 Food Processing Expo in Sacramento on February 17 and 18. The largest tradeshow in California, exclusively devoted to food processing, had 2,000 attendees and over 260 exhibitors.
